Verses 2-7 The Plot
“The LORD is coming…because of the sins of the house of Israel”
1. Samaria- Capital of Northern Kingdom
2. Jerusalem- Capital of Southern Kingdom

“I will make Samaria a heap of rubble…for her wound is incurable
