1. Watch for warning signs (27:1)
a. Physical, relational, social (snowball affect….watch and pray)
2. We can learn new methods of worship from others (27:3)
3. Patience is one of the most important virtues
a. If he hadn’t waited a) He may have been killed b) he may not have been chosen
4. Fear and doubt can put us in a bad situation (27:1)
a. Intellectual (skeptics)
b. Moral (humanist)
c. Circumstantial (Christian)
5. We can accomplish God’s work in any circumstance (27:8)
a. As long as you can love, you can minister and make a difference
