*The hosea quote, Paul uses the prediction of future Jewish restoration as fulfilled by Gentile ingathering GOOD POINT.
9:30-10:21 Israel's rejection of the gospel and God's covenant faithfulness in the Messiah
-----10:1-4 The Jews were ignorant of how God wanted to bring about righteousness. They neglected to see that the law was never an end in itself. Christ was the goal of the law, the climax of the covenant.
-----10:5-13 Traditional seen as Paul putting 2 OT texts against each other
11:1-36 Israel's rejection is only temporary
