QUALITY CONTROL
Goal: To do what is beneficial (1 Cor. 6:12a, 10:23)

Is it beneficial to your mind/intellect?
Is it beneficial to your body?
Is it beneficial to your spiritual life?
Is it beneficial to your relational life?

QUANTITY CONTROL
Goal: To not be mastered by anything (1 Cor. 6:12b)

Enjoyment
1. Experienced when we enter into a delightful state
2. Grows our capacity to enjoy in the future
3. A passing amusement
4. Has a relational focus, emphasis on giver
5. Usually spontaneous and/or a casual routine

Entertainment
1. Experienced when we maintain a delightful state
2. Destroys our capacity to be entertained in the future
3. A consuming amusement
4. Has a material focus, emphasis on gift
5. Usually organized and/or a can’t miss event
