Paul in Caesarea before Festus (25)
1. Felix left Paul in prison for the remaining 2 years of his term (24:27)
2. The Jewish leaders were still planning to murder Paul (25:3)
3. Festus had the leaders come to Caesarea to make their case (25:5)
4. Paul appealed to Caesar (25:12)
5. King Agrippa (Herod family) was the political leader of Jerusalem (25:13)
6. Festus didn’t know enough of Judaism to understand the charges (25:20)
7. Agrippa was interested in hearing Paul (25:22)

Paul’s Testimony
~ He begins with polite introduction (26:1-3)
~ He tells where he comes from (26:4-11)
~ He tells what happened to him (26:12-18)
~ He tells what he’s been doing since (26:19-23)
1. Paul is, once again, interrupted upon mentioning the gentiles (26:24)
2. Paul appeals to reason and eye-witness accounts (26:26)
3. Paul became very direct with King Agrippa (26:27)
4. Paul would have been released except that he appealed to Caesar (26:32)
