Do all Christians have spiritual gifts?
So in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given us (Romans 12:5-6)

Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good (1 Corinthians 12:7)

Each one should use whatever gift he has received (1 Pt. 4:10)

What is the purpose of spiritual gifts?

For Signs
God also testified to it by signs, wonders and various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will. (Heb. 2:4)

For Service
Given for the common good (1 Cor. 12:7)
To serve others (1 Peter 4:10)
So that the body of Christ may be built up (Ephesians 4:12)
